Page Number Not Incrementing On Printout Follow
I added a Print Job Field , Page Number, to a page template. When I preview the report the page number increments for each page. When I send the preview report to the a laser printer, the printed pages do not increment the page number, it always print 1 for the page number.

Can you upload a .btw file exhibiting this behavior? I may have some time to check out what may be happening.
The attached .btw file is not incrementing the page number when printing to a laser printer.
The Page X of Y is set-up correctly on your document, although it's better to implement it as a single text object using multiple data sources.
Perhaps this is a problem with the printer driver in use in terms of the, "Copies incapable printer driver" issue that we sometimes come across. Do you get this problem if you print to a different printer using a different driver. Maybe print to PDF for example? Or maybe use a different PCL/Postscript driver for the printer model you're using...

RiverValleyIT,
Your uploaded file is tightly coupled to the database (which is to be expected I guess); I basically can't preview or print as such. I tried removing the db setup to poke around, but BT drags and hangs when I switch between views, which has never happened in a document before for me.
Sorry I can't be of much help. Hopefully Ian's suggestion works for you.
