Change Multiple Fields On A Label With A Dropdown Box

Hello-

 

I have a label that has two databases linked to it. Right now, I have a query for each database to determine what to print. The only problem is, that you have to know exactly what to type into the queries to get the right result. 

 

My question is, is there a way to have a drop down menu(s) that will change multiple fields on a label based off of the choice that the user selects in the drop down? (I've tried using the drop down and the list items can only be linked to embedded data or VB script.)  This way, the user doesn't have to type anything and would just have to look at the options available to them.

  Currently we only support a standard text input box for a query prompt.  I suggest you take a look at the below training video:
