Database Size

Hi,

 

Im new to bartender,  I have a database with over 3million EAN codes with prices and descriptions within it.  I'm having an issue when trying to design my label have the program keeps going off and saying opening records.  It' takes around 5 minutes to come back.  is there away to stop program keep going off to check?

  in 10.0 SR4 (not sure about past versions there is a disconnect from database option which prevents the label database from querying for live data all the time.[attachment=890:DisconnectFromDataBase.jpg]
