How To Send The Xml File

Hi,

I have already generated XML file in Oracle Apps.
I have registered a concurrent program in Oracle Apps to generate the XML file, XML file is creating at a particular location but I am not sure how to send that XML file to the TCP/IP Port.

  I've generated XML file from Oracle and am trying to print labels. The printer set up requires a .lbx file and my vendor suggested I can do it using BarTender. Can you please suggest on how to generate lbx file using BarTender?
