Moving Entire Bartender Server Follow
Hi,
We have just installed a new Windows 2008 R2 server and need to move our Bartender from the old 2003 to new server as we are removing the old 2003 server completely.
What do we need to do to achieve this, on the new server, old server and on the client installs?

Assuming the clients are in the same subnet as the server.
1. Open up BarTender on the server and deactivate the licence server
2. Install BarTender License server on the new server and activate it
Your client computers will find the License server automatically as long as they are on the same subnet.
