Application Error -0Xc000007B- Bartender Not Starting Follow

Dear all

I developed an application in vb6 using Activex component of Bartender Enterprise 9.4 edition and deployed on a pc running XP sp3. The application was running fine during the trial period. After purchase and activation of bartender bartender doesn't start. On trying to start it gave the error whose screen shot is attached in the post. I tried to completely uninstall both bartender and my software, then installed bartender(activated it) first and then installed the software which is using the activex component of bartender to control the printer.

On trying to open bartender it shows Application error- with a message "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b). Click OK to terminate the application"

This is my first application in which i have made use of activex component of bartender.
Any advice/ help as to how to solve this problem is most welcome.[attachment=218:error msg.JPG]

Hi arunks,
Have you installed and Activated Seagull License Server?
Your BarTender need to connect to Seagull License Server in order to Print Via ActiveX, after trial period expired.
In BarTender application, open Administer > Licensing setup to test connectivity.

I checked after installing the license server but still the problem exits.

Still not able to figure out why!

Hi arunks,
Make sure your "Seagull License Server" service has started properly, from Start > All programs > Seagull License Server 9.4 > License Server.
Check if you can manually print any format without error, from BarTender application.
