Can The Application Developed By Referencing .net Sdk (Seagull.bartender.print.dll) Run On Another Computer That No Bartender Software Installed?

I developed an application using C# visual studio 2013 with Bartender Enterprise Automation 10.1. When I install on client computer that no Bartender software was installed, I got this error.

And when I made project setup in visual studio 2013 after the project output is added into Application Folder. Why BatTend.exe is included? like this piture

Does it means, the application developed by referencing .NET SDK (Seagull.BarTender.Print.dll)  can't run on another computer that no bartender software was installed?

  That is correct.  The .NET SDK will only run on a system where a full installation of BarTender (and the .NET SDK) is installed.
