    Hi there,

Can you attach the label and database so we can take a look at it on our side?

    Thank you!

Can you try attaching again? I don't think they made it on there. If it gives you issues attaching the text database you may want to resave it as a CSV file.

Can you print a test page from your driver?  Can you print labels if it's just embedded data rather than data from your database?

    Hi Levi H.

Attached is my database and bartender document.

    Hi Kai K.

Yes, I'm able to print if I use embedded data. But I need to use database for printing multiple labels per print job.

What printer are you trying to send this to? I see that the file was saved with OneNote, I would not recommend this at all. If you have an office printer, or any thermal printers I would switch to them. Printers heavily dictate what a label looks like when you're designing a label, and I believe there are known issues with OneNote as it stands. PDF printers are supported printers, so feel free to use one of them.

Also I see that the size of your label is extremely small, and the 2d barcode is even smaller. Is there a specific reason for this? I believe the issue you're experiencing is a combination of the two.
