Another 4402 Message Sls Was Not Found Follow

Hi, I have a SLS not found message.  The SLS is installed on a 2008 R2 Server as a service.  I have confirmed that the service is started. I have also confirmed that the SLS is on Port 5160.

 

On the client machines, i have tried using the ip addr but I am still getting the same message.  I can ping the SLS server from these client machines with no problems.

 

This is for version 9.01 Enterprise.  I'd appreciate any help to get this going.  Thank you.

You could check if this is a firewall problem (on either the BarTender or the SLS side), or even a UDP problem. However, have in mind that BT v9.01 isn't compatible with Windows Server 2008 R2, so that is another reason to add to the possible causes...
