Can't Run Database Maintenance
We upgraded a couple of months ago to 10.1 SR1 and we can't run database maintenance. The first time we tried, it bombed because the transaction log filled up. We corrected that but now we get a message stating that "Database maintenance is running..." See attachment for screen shots.
How do we tell the system that maintenance is not running? The servers have been rebooted and that hasn't done it.

If you don't get anymore the second error message, "Delete Records Operation Failed", which error message do you currently get when maintenance is supposed to start?
What Edition of Version of SQL Server is in use? Is there perhaps a maintenance plan running for the System Database in SQL Management Studio?
Please try to upgrade to the latest service release of BarTender (10.1 SR2) and let me know if the issue persists...

I upgraded to SR2 but the issue remains. I still cannot run maintenance. I confirmed that there are no jobs running in SQL server. It seems like there's an internal setting somewhere that didn't get reset when the original attempt at maintenance failed.

Do you necesarily need to keep logging on the existing database, or could you possible start logging to a complete new BarTender System Database?
