Error While Setting Up System Database

Hi, I'm trying to set up the system database to use a global data field. When I run the wizard I get the error "Connecting BarTender System Service...The BarTender System Service does not have permission to access the database."

 

What does this mean, and how do I fix it? Thanks in advance.

  Hello, 

   

  If you are having issues to access your database related to permissions, then you will need to open the "Services.msc" tool in Windows (open the Start Menu, then search for "Services.msc" in the search bar). 

   

  Once in the Services tool, locate the "BarTender System Service" and right click on it to open its properties. Once this dialogue opened, go to the "Log On" tab and enter a user account or administrator account that will have enough permissions to access the database.
