Keep Data Entry Form Data Between Prints
I'm aware of the "Repeat data entry until cancelled" setting, however I'm looking for a way to keep the data in the fields on the data entry form fixed until closed or cancelled. Right now, we are querying a SQL database using the built-in DB connection query. We have nine fields to fill in on the data entry form -- and those get cleared each time a print is made. Any way to keep the data there? We often need to just change one field between prints. Thanks for any help you may have.

In your prompted data source properties, select the "Transforms" tab and then open the properties for the "Data Entry Control" item. From here enable the "Update data source after print" checkbox.

This is also what I needed. But what I would like to be able to do next, is have an option to clear the data source using a radio button or something similar. This way the user has an option to either use the previous data, or start with new entry.

Shamila: Perhaps you have a new version of BarTender. Assuming this is the case, such as BarTender 2016, then see the below image to do the same thing. You'll notice that the setting is now in the properties of the form control itself:
