I'm not sure I understand why you are creating a stock size in the driver that you have if your document seems to be of totally different dimensions. Can you give us some more details here? What application has created your document, and how is it laid out on the stock size page you created?

It should be noted that the printer itself will have some limitations in terms of the smaller label sizes; you should consult the printer's user manual for details. If you try to print on a stock smaller than what the printer can handle with its sensors, then a result could well be to feed out a number of blank labels as the printer struggles to register on them correctly.

I found the problem. I changed different size of label, but I didn't perform the calibration procedure. After I perform the calibration procedure, it is working.

could you please tell the steps for calibration. I am also facing same problem you faced before.

    Thanks

Different printer use different procedure. You need to check your user manual.

If the printer supports running a calibration via a printer command; you should find that the printer driver can send this to the printer via the driver properties under the "Tools" tab clicking the "Action" button menu to find the "Run Calibration" item. Otherwise, crack open the printer's user manual for instructions on what to do.
