Hi noif,

Make sure you have setup Barcode font in printer driver. (Printer properties > Fonts tab.)
Export Barcode font from XP PC and import by Printer properties > Tools tab > Driver options.
Try Select the zebra printer as windows default printer.
Does it work with MS Wordpad? If so, that's something about MS Word.

If you still have trouble printing Barcode, Try BarTender!
It'll works fine with Win7 x64, perfect match with Seagull Zebra driver, and much easier to create BarCode with WYSIWYG design.

Thanks much for your reply.

After trying your suggestion, exporting the font in XP and then import in Win7,Barcode can be printed but it cannot be read by a barcode scanner. Anything we are doing wrong?

I don't have a very good idea of what's going on - Make sure you printed exact same data as XP case. (such as, use the same Word file in Win7).
Compare two printed barcodes by XP PC and by 7 PC closely to see any difference.
Some barcode like GS1-128(EAN128) need specific sequence of data input, so it may cause error when data sequence is incorrect.
BarTender's GS1 Application Identifier datasource wizard helps you create correct format for GS1 barcodes.
