Printing Qty Does Not Match With Actual Printout Follow
I am using excel as datasource and using quantity to print number of labels. When I preview, it shows correctly with 13 pages but when I print, only 5 pages are printed.
Here are my settings:
Bartender 10.0 Automation License.
Datasource: Excel XLSX format
Paper Size: A4 with 12 x 5 (Layout rows x columns) = total 60 labels per page.
Print Copies: Using excel column "QTY".
The Excel file contains 4 rows (excluding column header).
Row 1 (Label 1) : Qty=1
Row 2 (Label 2) : Qty=208
Row 3 (Label 3) : Qty=1
Row 4 (Label 4) : Qty=549
When I preview, it generate 13 pages.
Page 1 = Label 1 (1 pc) & Label 2 (59 pcs)
Page 2 ~ Page 3 = Label 2 (60 pcs)
Page 4 = Label 2 (29 pcs), Label 3 (1 pc), Label 4 (30 pcs)
Page 5 ~ Page 12 = Label 4 (60 pcs)
Page 13 = Label 4 (39 pcs)
When I print, it printed Page 1, Page 2, Page 4, Page 5 and Page 13 (total 5 pages only).
It seems to recognize Page 3 is same as Page 2 and was not printed, and Page 6-12 is same as Page 5 and not printed.
I tried this on 2 different printers (1 HP and 1 Fuji Xerox) with same result so it can't be a printer issue.
Is this some sort of setting? I want to print the same as shown in preview and same qty of labels as indicated. Please help.
