Print Overlap With Word "straight"

Hello, 

 

We have 2 description lines on a label. Whenever the word "straight" is listed in the first line of text, the two fields overlap. Otherwise, everything prints correctly. This overlapping happens on multiple printers. Help? Thanks

  Could you let me know exactly what font are you using on these text objects?

   

  What exact printer brand and model are you working with?

   

  Could you also attach an example of your BarTender document so we can try reproducing your issue?

  font = Cordia New, Bold 14pt for first line, same thing but 11pt for second line

   

  printer =  zebra gx420t

   

  Screeshot attached, do you mean the actual label file? 

   

  Also, we're pulling from SAP if that helps

  Hello Missy,

   

  Yes indeed, could you attach a sample of your document so we can test with it? It's possible that some sort of font substitution is occurring.

   

  Also, are you sourcing that information from a SAP database (maybe iDocs) or are you working through some sort of automation from SAP (maybe using Commander)?
