Labels Print 2Mm From The Top.

Source Technology: STp1115

Bartender: Version 10.1

Label Size: 75mm x 19mm with 3" core

 

Printing seems to begin around 2mm from the top of the label with the bottom 2mm missing.

I thought it might have been a vertical offset issue but that doesn't seem to make any difference.

I also have all the margins and unprintable region set to 0.

Any thoughts?
