Hello

How to save a data on external file after printing ??

I mean how to save what you print on external file after print it , to make archive and see later what  already printed

  Are you after a print job log?  You can enable this via the "Administer>Log Setup" menu item.  You can log either to a text file or the BarTender System Database which runs on an SQL Server.
