Cancal Previously Send Jobs In Queue
We use a Datamex o'neil i4310e mark II printer with driver version 7.4 together with bartender
We print label with serialisation on the printer, when we send a new job (previous job is still printing) we have the option set to cancel all previously sent jobs to the printer.
But it doesn't stop the previous job.
Any help would be welcome
Thanks
Ronald

How do you cancel the print job? The option in the BarTender Print dialog or from the front panel of the printer? If you create a simple, fixed text label and print, does this too also not cancel when you try to do so?

Manish: In more recent versions of BarTender, in the Print dialog under the "Options" sub-tab you will see a checkbox item to "Cancel any jobs previously queued to this printer" which has the effect of cancelling any print job already running in thee printer - as you might expect.
