Just wanted to check to see if there was ever a solution to this. We're also running into this issue.

    Hello Pha,

I was the person who initially posted this question.

I can't recall exactly how I got around this issue as it was 3 years ago, but we did get past it as we have been successfully using bartender for the last 3 years. If you'd like I can take a look at your configuration maybe it will remind me of the solution I found.

We just replaced the desktops in our office, one of which was running the Integrations which monitored several SQL tables.  We installed BarTender on the new desktop, moved the Integration files over and deployed them.  Now when we send a print job record to the SQL table, we get the above error with no detail.  Has anyone found a solution?  Any way to narrow down the possible problem?

Hello JR, I was the person who originally posted this question, and I know I ended up figuring out how to solve the issue, but it was over 3 years ago so I can't remember exactly what I did. If you'd like I may be able to assist you if I can see your configuration.

    Max,

I think I got it resolved.  It turned out to be 2 issues.  The first was this little nugget that somehow didn't show up in any of my searches for the first couple of days.

    https://support.seagullscientific.com/hc/en-us/articles/360013282013-Windows-10-build-1809-and-Server-2019-updates-causing-Integration-Platform-Printing-Failure

Frustrating that a Windows patch killed the primary feature I bought BarTender for.  I'm not sure why things were still working on the old PCs.  The "Prompt for Data Input" workaround they mention appears to be working, but we haven't hit our busy season yet to know exactly how it will affect speed.  This solved the problem for about half of my Integrations.  I'll look into moving to BarTender 2019 after the busy season.

For the Integrations that still were not working, I noticed that they were set to use my credentials, not the credentials of the person whose computer the integrations were running on.  I remembered when we took that old PC out of service and removed the profiles, I had a profile on that computer so I must have logged into it as me at some point.  I guess that is why it worked on the old computer.  I had never logged into the new computer with my credentials, only that user's credentials, so I did not have a profile saved on the new computer.  When I changed the Integration to use that employee's credentials instead of mine, it started working.

I appreciate you reaching out to help!  Hopefully this information will help someone else down the road.
