Print Preview not showing data
When I try to view data from print preview window, I can see total number of records but all the fields are empty.

I take you have added databased linked fields onto your label?
Is every label empty or just the first few records in which case it could be that you have some blank records at the top of your database. You could try adding a sort into your Database Connection setup to see if that sorts it?
