Office 365 Update - G300 GZPL drivers no longer holding print dialogue changes
I have a client who uses the G300 printer with GZPL drivers. Since the last two Office 365 updates, the print driver doesn't allow changes to be accepted within the print properties dialogue within Office. Now Microsoft Support believes this to be a printer driver fault and not their software update (I have tested going back two versions of Office 365 and all works).
Other printers no issue, other software using G300 no issues. But printing to the G300 from within MS Word, the print properties dialogue for the G300 from Word and any changes done within it, do not hold.
Does anyone have any recommendations?

- Windows Server 2022 21H2
- Microsoft Word for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2403 Build 16.0.17425.20176) 64-bit
- G300 and GE300 printers
