  (This probably should be under Template Design rather than the System Database section)

  Not 100% sure but could be due to a mismatch in the ODBC drivers and database, 32 and 64 bit. You could try downloading the latest MDAC (Microsoft Data Access Components) and see if that fixes this

  I dont know as that is a generic error message. Previously I have come across this and it was MDAC issues but that may not be the case in your instance. 

  You could try rebooting the PC and reopening just the label to see if that has any effect but again no idea if it will
