Is there a way to have Bartender System Services only run when the program is open?  I don't always use bartender, but the system services is using my PC resources constantly and I can't turn it off. 

I don't have any integrations and use it as a stand alone label system.  Even when I am in the Administration Console/Windows Services, I stop all services, but the System Services auto restarts.
