I had installed the printer on the computer. Its printing from Bartender Console but not by the application (ERP).

When I see the activities at console , show a error message:

I have only two printers in my company. Along the time we were using other printers but I dont have them anymore.

All the printers in yellow can be removed.

Should I remove these printers?, if so, how can I do?

Another doubt, the name of computer presented on Bartender on the new computer is "NTPGD01". But this name is for the other computer (first computer installed Bartender). The computer's name we are trying to printer is NTPEXP02.
