Modifying multiple template SQL server addresses
Hi all,
We recently moved our production SQL server, and remapped the settings in administrator console.
However it looks like in our templates the SQL server address is set there instead so we're facing re-mapping all our templates.
Is there a way to mass update this? or a best practice way to avoid this in future ( I kind of expected them to update with the settings on admin console!)

Yes and no!
If you open Administration Console and Database Connections you should be able to Add/create a new Named Database Connection setup that as required. Once that is complete you will need to open each label and replace the existing database and link the labels to the new named source,
Once all the labels are connected to the named source, if you ever need to change it then you just amend the connection in Administration Console and that will change all the labels connected to that.
