Integration Services fail sometime with vague WCF Error
A Bartender installation with 4 servers, now have 1 server failing out of the blue. The installation is not updated or touched, but suddenly this error comes back. It happened 200 times now in the past 3 days:

More details about this problem.
It seems that a lot of applications Bartend.ex, AdminConsole.exe, Intergration.Services.exe etc are keeping 4000+ open!
On closing AdminConsole, 3300 ports are freed.Should the application free these TCP / WCF ports themselves
