 The process for printing a label is generated by RX Connect as a pdf that requires Adobe to print.  When we go to print a label does not matter what size we select the size never changes it is always the same and it cuts off the top line of text on the label, we are using the latest driver 2024.1  We tried this as a network printer and as an IP printer and the results are the same. Would appreciate any assistance to help get this issue resolved.

  You will need to set the page size in Windows' settings (printing preferences). Adobe will then stretch/shrink the PDF to that page size depending on what you select in the print dialog when printing.
