Randomly suppressed objects after Windows June 2024 patches
A customer of mine is using Bartender 2022 R7 Automation and TOSHIBA TEC TPCL Driver Version 2023.4
After installing June 2024 patches on the Windows Server 2022 a product number field is randomly missing from the printed labels (10% or less of a printed volume of a few hundred printed labels per day). There is no suppression rules on the object, it should always be printed. Reprinting the labels helps, but it is of course a nuisance to the users.
I'm wondering if others have experienced a similar issue.

It may not be the same but I have come across something similar a few times where a random field would stop printing and if you deleted that field on the label and added it back on then a different field would then fail to print. I was never able to work out what the issue was and assumed the label had become corrupted and in the end redesigning the label from catch was the simplest way to to get round it

We had similar issue where random text stopped printing different text on different print submissions and the omitted text was not always the same after the Windows update. We had to roll back the Windows update. Peter Thane any issues after you re-designed the label. @support any plans to resolve these issues?

No they all worked after this previously. As I mentioned above it was like something had corrupted the file as when you removed the field that would not print, that then worked but another stopped working. These weren't connected with Windows updates as far as I was aware

We are experiencing a similar issue with BarTender 2019 R10, but rather than individual label elements being suppressed, we are getting blank labels at random. For example, if we print a run of 5 of the same label we might get only 3 labels printed with 2 blanks mixed in. At times, we'll only get a run of 5 blank labels. After rolling back the June 2024 CU, the problem has gone away. Prior to the rollback, we had some success in recreating the label templates, but had one template that simply refused to cooperate, and would randomly print blanks. We're not sure what the ultimate fix will be at this point.
