How to adjust horizontal offset in the Human Readable text of a Barcode
Unable to change the horizontal spacing for my barcode human readable data

If you untick the split UPC digits then that may give you what you are looking for

I want them split at a custom interval. Say the 7 and the come closer to them numbers. Also the 7 and 4 are shrunken digits

You could set the Human Readable to None for visibility and then add a text field and set that to an Object Value field and link that to the barcode to display the Human Readable and adjust that to suit.
In the image below, I have left the human readable visible for now, I have made up the new human readable string out of 5 substrings, setting the first and last just to display 4 characters each as well as adding two <SPACE> objects and adding a prefix and suffix to the central string. I have also manipulated the first and last stings to use a different font size and type as the rest of the sting.
