Label printing issue

Hello,  I am printing to a Brady IP600 using Brady THT-2-719 labels.  The problem I am having is that some of the information is cut off during printing.   It appeared that the software or some setting was not correct because it only printed on half of the label and not the entire label.

  What program are you using to print the labels and which half is it printing, top or bottom or left or right?
