I decided to try and export all of the templates in the folder and found that this error was only happening to 13 out of the 66 templates in the folder.  So I figured something must be corrupt about those files.  Making a copy of the file and renaming it still produced the same error.  I can create a new template, copy the layout from one of the bad files to the new template and everything works.  So I will do that to the 13 files I found with this issue.  I don't know why the original issue happened though.

Had exactly the same issue. Fortunately, this workaround did the trick. I could at least copy the old corrupt data to a new blank label. Then the export worked fine.

Other labels seemed to be working fine, but when I deleted some fields from those labels, the export failed with the same reason (#3300). Some fields could be removed without issues and the export would still work. Removing some other fields would break the export... My guess is ALL labels have been corrupted in some way.

They are stored on Sharepoint, from which we download, modify and upload again to have at least some version control...
