create GS1 Matrix code with GTIN 13 digits

    If you are using an AI of 01 (or 02 if you use AI 37 also) then the GTIN must be 14 digits long. Where it is only 13 (such as if you are using an EAN-13 code as the base) then then you would just pad the code with a leading zero. You cannot print a valid GS1 symbol with only a 13 digit AI 01 or 02.

    One other option would be to use one of the user defined AI numbers (91-99) as they can be variable length etc and do not represent a specific object type in the overral GS1 symbology specification
