joined database connections
I succesfully joined an excel database and a text file database in a label
The text database is created by an ERP system and printed through Bartender integration. The excel file will not be printed through Bartender integration.
When I print, nothing happens.
Can anybody tell me how I can print the label with data from both files?

I would probably go back a few steps first and perhaps create a new test label not connected to the Excel spreadsheet.
There are probably other ways of doing this but without the files and more information it is difficult to tell but as it sounds like your the text file is your trigger file I would suggest making each of the fields on the label whose value come from that file a Named Data Source on the label. Once the format is linked and uploaded into Integration Builder you should then be able to link each field in your trigger file as a variable to each named data source.
I would then suggest you test that that part is working.
Assuming it is you can then add pack the Excel spreadsheet into the mix with the correct filter for record selection but this time without a join being required. Again once the revised label is uploaded into Integration Builder you can then declare the filter value in your text file as a variable in the Query Prompts screen.

Hi Jacqueline,
On the label database connection, make sure the multi-database join is correct. Also, you can add a filter, this should look for a common code from both databases which help in the query.
