Same label design but different appearance when printed
We used the same label design that is located on server and printed on different stations,
At some stations it comes out as it should look and at other stations the text changes
Why is this the case

Are the printers different resolution/dpi as this could cause an issue with the fonts being slightly larger on one to the other?
You could move the field slightly to the left so that the text wont need to wrap when it reaches the end of the printed area/label. Alternatively set the field as a single line (in the Properties of the field, on the Text format tab untick the Wrap to fit option, and then on the Auto Fit screen tick the box at the top. This latter option may cause the text to be slightly smaller on the 2nd printer as it reduces the font size to fit into the printable area.

Thanks for reply. But if I open the same label that is on the server at different stations in BarTender, it shows different information that I show with the images0 -
If you edit the master label format as my suggestion above this will hopefully get round this as, as long as you are using the correct printer driver, BarTender will load the defaults for that device at print time and adjust the fields automatically
