Template Issues

I am very new to Bartender. I am having issues printing existing barcode templates. It would appear that the template was set up to use Sato 315 dpi driver and after the Bartender Upgrade, I have been informed by Sato to use the Seagull 305 DPI driver. As a result of this the 2 templates print the barcode too small to scan and when I try to adjust it makes it too big to fit on label. This has been ongoing for several weeks and I seem to be making very little progress for something I would presume would be easy to rectify. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have staff with a massive back log.

You should use the correct printer driver for your printer and the correct resolution/dpi device too so that the barcodes are created within the specification of the appropriate symbology.
You can override the settings, although that could cause other issues with them no longer being able to scan and also failing verification
