    You should use the correct printer driver for your printer and the correct resolution/dpi device too so that the barcodes are created within the specification of the appropriate symbology.

    You can override the settings, although that could cause other issues with them no longer being able to scan and also failing verification

    That did not work.  Can I please arrange for someone to call me this is so frustrating I feel like I am going round and round in circles!!!!!
