Print copy number counter doesn't work
We have recently bought a flow wrapper machine which comes with a inline printer (Videojet Dataflex 6530 or Ice Zodiac Hawk) that we use for LOT numbers, EXPIRY dates, Datamatrix and a incremental print copy number counter. We have installed the Seagull's printing drivers that were suggested by the company that provided the inline printer and we managed to connect to the printer and launch the printing order from Bartender to the new printer. The main problem we are facing now is that the print copy number counter doesn't work and it gets stuck always in the same value, but you can see the incremental count when you launch the preview. We have tried different options and play with the settings but the closest thing that we managed to make it work was to use a time counter in seconds, which is not what we need but it proves us that the printer was actually getting the order of printing a different value in each item.

You may need to change the font so that the incremental field is created using one of the Epson fonts as the command will then be sent to the device telling it to print X labels incrementing each time.
Without this BarTender will send the command string to the printer as a picture file for each label format and so that could be the issue.
