Enable https on the new Rest API

Hi 

Due to security requirements we need to enable https for the new Rest API which runs on port 5190 out of the box
I am not sure how to accomplish this?

Print Portal runs in IIS, port 80 and you have guidelines to enable https for this service, it is straight forward

What are the steps to enable https for the new Rest service?
