getting an error

  Welcome to the BarTender community forum!

  This error usually indicates a user has been denied access or is locked out of the BarTender Security settings. Try opening the Administration Console with administrator credentials (Right click the app and select 'Run as administrator'). If it opens then you can check the Security page and correct the settings that are blocking the user. If it doesn't open and you get the same error I recommend reaching out to support for assistance:
