Labels appearing shrunk - size mismatch
I've ensured the dpi / resolution are the correct settings in the printer, driver, and BarTender settings (203 dpi for this Zebra T610 printer). I'm printing on small labels (~1x1) for a medical use case (biospecimen tracking). But This issue is persisting:
Printed labels are appearing shrunk. If it shows printable area 1" across in BarTender Designer's Print Preview, the actual printed area on the physical label will be about 1/2" across. Does anyone have any clues as to how I can narrow down this issue? I've checked Driver, Printer, and BarTender resolution and DPI settings, I've formatted the label and tinkered with AutoFit, Snapping, and various other settings. And I've exhausted forum and alternative online resources -- any help is hugely appreciated -- thanks in advance.

That does have the look of a dpi issue. What driver are you using and what is the full model number of the printer (per the silver label on the bulkhead)?

Thanks Peter Thane, you were exactly right. It was a DPI issue. I had incorrectly assumed my printer was a 203-dpi model of the Zebra ZT610, because that is how a coworker had configured this printer before my time. But when I checked the IP address of the printer in my browser I saw the full model name was "Zebra ZT610-300dpi" -- I'm sure that information is also on the silver label on the bulkhead. Your comment pointed me in the right direction. Issue is now solved. Thanks.
