Encountering compatibility issues after upgrading the BarTender software from version 10.0 to 2019 R2

For the past 10 years, our application functioned as expected. However, recently, we encountered an issue with the printing machine. My manager worked with your team and also extended our support license. They suggested that we upgrade to the BarTender 2019 R2 driver.
After upgrading the BarTender software from version 10.0 to 2019 R2 on Windows Server 2012 R2, we began experiencing compatibility issues. Our application is no longer functioning and is unable to run. We believe the issue may be related to an incompatibility between the BarTender library or Seagull.BarTender.Print, though we are uncertain of the exact cause.
Could you please assist us in reviewing this issue? Any suggestions or solutions to resolve the problem would be greatly appreciated.
