How to setup Bartender 11.4 with windows server and SQL 2022

I want to install BarTender 11.4 with SQL Server 2022 on Windows Server 2022 Standard. However, when I try to install BarTender 11.4, it defaults to installing SQL Server Express 2014. I need guidance on how to install SQL Server 2022 or how to update SQL Server Express 2014 to SQL Server 2022 (either Standard or Express editions).

  11.4 ships with 2019 express buy is compatible with 2022. The link below is from a year ago and so for the previous edition of BarTender, 2022
