Serialization "removes" graphic `?
When printing a label with a serial number and a "CE" Logo -that is graphics from a jpg or png file (tried both)...
If serialization is not activated in "Text Properties" for the serial number, the CE logo prints as it should.
If serialization is activated in "Text Properties" for the serial number, the CE logo do not print ? Instead I get wath could look like a watermark, and this "watermark" is not fully printed = it is printed over the side of the label.
When/if previewing the label everything looks ok, including previewing the amount of print with increasing snr as requested.

Not sure what is going on but a couple of things you could try
- Add the CE as a test object, using the Seagull Logos font and the letter O in lower case
- Adjust the File>Print>Performance tab and Allow Serialisation option
(assuming those options are available in the Ultralite version)

File>Print>Performance tab and Allow Serialisation option -- is ok
Tried to add the CE from seagull logos this gives me the same result ? this seemed like a good idea, removing graphics, I have also now "upgraded" to the 30 day trial version using "professional" this do not help me either ?

For the Allow Serialisation I meant try it with and without this ticked and test it again to see what that does
It sounds more a printer issue to me, and now you have a none Ultralite version available try sending the label to a different printer (a laser printer would do) and see what happens then both with and without a serial number.
If that works then it could be you mean you need to look to see if there is an upgrade to the firmware in the printer available
