Print more than one time a template
Hi, I have create a template but need to print a set of 4 copies of the same template, is there a way to select that? I haven't been able to find it .

On the Print screen just change the number of Copies to the value you need

Thank for the comment, but I already try that.
Copies is for the qty of the same label on the template, I want 4 copies of the whole template.
In this case (as I already try that before posting) it print 4 copies of the same label but only one copy of the template.

Struggling to understand your setup and what you are trying to achieve. Can you describe your setup please.
It sounds like you have multiple templates on the same label and may need to look at the conditional printing setup (Print When..... button) on the Template Properties, although I believe you need at least Automation edition to enable this.

Hi, what I get when I modify the copies qty (in this example 2) as you can see on the jpg is that I get two copies of the same label on the template but what I want to achieve is 2 copies of the whole template.
I try to add pdf documents and a picture but I couldn't

Sorry I still do not understand what you mean. If the Insert Image button isnt working can you describe your label setup and what you trying to achieve please

Ok, I have create a template that pull several information,
I need to place 2 copies of the same template not the same label.

Picture show the set up
Shipping labels option 1 is when you change copies to 2 it will print two labels in the same template
Shipping Labels option 2 is how I want to print, two times the same template

Hi, finally I was able to add pictures to my post
Here is the set up for printing the labels, I'm trying to get 4 copies of the same label
So my first thought is to put 4 copies
But the thing is that it send me this, that has 4 copies of the labels and I don't want this, also I was sure to not have activated the "Allow Duplicated" on the set up.
What I wanted to archive is to print 4 copies of this document
Currently I converting to PDF and then send 4 copies of that PDF document or I need to send to print the document 4 times
I don't know if someone can help me, probably it's easy but I haven't been able to do it.

Not sure if this feature could be utilised, as you can add more than one record on to the same page although you have to tell BarTender how many records to include on it.

I believe that option was added in BarTender 2016 and so you will need to upgrade to the latest version (2019).
Please note the way Professional edition is licenced has now changed and Pro can now be installed on any number of computers on the same network but can only printer to the licenced number of printers with you being able to specify the precise number of printers you require

I’ll continue as I am right now. 10.1 give me unlimited qty of printer and as right now I have 7 so far, each print a different size of label

The feature that Pete mentioned is actually on BarTender 2019; in older versions, in order to use multiple records across a single page, you would have to follow the instructions on this article:
While the article may show 'strips' for where different records may be placed, you can modify the size of the labels to your liking.
Additionally, while BarTender 10.1 is no longer supported, we would be more than happy to provide you with resources for your own troubleshooting.

Thank you Al Perez but I already know how to do that.
What I really need to do is print 4 times the template which is already created.
Seems like I have to continue doing as I'm currently doing it.
