How to reduce or cleanup BtSubStrings, BtObjects, BtObjectProperties etc Follow

Have been running for a year now, and tables like

BtSubStrings, BtObjects, BtObjectProperties

are growing and now holds 20 million records each !!

Can someone tell me what they do, how to reduce the number of records going into those tables and how to reduce them or clean them up.
