Font not found after upgrading Bartender
We went from BarTender 9.3 SR1 on Win 7 to BarTender 2019 R5 on Win 10. Using Intermec Printers, with the latest firmware and the latest Seagull drivers. When we go to print any of our existing labels we get the error "Font not Found". When we bring up any of our labels in the new BarTender they come up with the font showing as Intermec Anadale Mono, in the old BarTender they were Arial. We can Ctrl + A and change to Arial and they print fine. But we have thousands of these files. Is there a fix for this error when upgrading BarTender 2019 R5?

What is the message number as I cant see a "font not found" message in the list in BarTender.
Just wondering, had you downloaded the fonts to the printer via the driver previously and so perhaps the error is that the Arial font it was using cannot be found in the driver anymore?
I have upgraded a few older BarTender versions to 2019, dont think any with Intermecs though, and I know some of these were using TrueType fonts and I did not come across this.

This is a very old error message and only found in older versions of BarTender. The message means that your Seagull printer drivers are corrupt and you will need to completely uninstall/remove your Seagull printer drivers and reinstall them using the Seagull driver wizard installer.
