Print inconsistency DuoPrint107 - Zebra ZT410
When printing with our printers, we observe an inconsistency in print result and cannot seem to solve it.
We will illustrate this by means of our label 49x90mm.
In our production environment we work as follows:
1. BarTender 2019 Automation
2. Printer Carl Valentin DuoPrint 107/12 (for red GHS printing) - 300 dpi
- Windows driver : 2.3.3. 2104.2015.1537 (old, but the only one functioning)
- Label layout in driver:
* rotate label
* landscape
- Label stocks in driver: custom programmed
- Page Setup in BarTender for label 49*90mm:
* Page Width 90mm
* Page Height 55 mm
* Margin bottom: 6 mm
* Margins top, right, left: 0 mm
3. Printer Zebra ZT410 - 300 dpi
- Windows driver ZDesigner ZT410-300dpi, version 5.5.16.72.17
- Label layout in driver:
* rotate label
* landscape
- Label stocks in driver: no programmation, user defined
- Page Setup in BarTender for label 49*90mm:
* Page Width 90mm
* Page Height 55 mm
* Margin bottom: 6 mm
* Margins top, right, left: 0 mm
Problem:
- Printing a label on DuoPrint only: works fine.
- Printing a label on Zebra ZT410 only: works fine.
- Printing a label on DuoPrint 107/12 first, saving label in BarTender and reprinting with Zebra ZT410: text moves somewhat to the right (+/- 3mm).
- Printing a label on Zebra ZT410 first, saving label in BarTender and reprinting with DuoPrint 107/12: text moves from the top down (+/- 11 mm)
Many thanks in advance for your help!

Have you tried using Seagull's Zebra driver? On numerous occasions replacing the ZDesigner drivers has fixed the various issues our customers have come across.
Using Seagull's Valentin driver would probably be of benefit too as BarTender can access the full features of the driver etc more easily.
