BarTender Integration Service is Running but BarTender does not recognize this? Follow

My BarTender Integration stopped working the other day - something happened to a clients PC, there were some other issues, but now I noticed that BarTender is not recognizing the Integration service.   I see this - 

I can stop and restart the service, either through Windows or through BarTender Integration Builder, but the message reappears.

 

The integration I have built is not running - it's suppsoed to print a new barcode per new row in a database table but that is not happening and I suspect this is why.

 

Any thoughts on how I can resolve this issue?

I have the same issue on one PC only.  Tempted to try to solve it with a sledgehammer, but resisting for the time being.  Fortunately everything's working ok on another PC, so I'm using that instead.  The only difference between them is that the one that is displaying this behaviour is older and a lot slower.  At one point I got an error message about the service not starting within 100s so maybe it's just that after 100s if it's not running the software decides it has failed and doesn't bother checking again after that.  Who knows?

@Brian.

Your Admin Console screen does not look correct to me as there are a number of the sections not showing such as that for the Printers and the Licence. Are you running a full Automation or Enterprise version and has it been activated?
