Lost the password for the license Follow

We have the Bartender Ultralite v10.2 SR2 on the old computer. Now we want to transfer it to a new computer but cannot find the original password for it. How can I transfer it to the new computer now?

UltraLite versions of BarTender typically don't have an associated product key code (what you refer to as the password). If you'd like to make sure, you'll want to open a case with Technical Support by clicking this link and following the on-screen instructions:

The support number will let Tech Support know if there's an associated key, at which point, you can recover it and move your software to a new computer using these additional instructions: How to move your License to a new computer.
