Entering Data from Form to a Database Follow

Hi,

Can we create a Form so that the data entered updates fields in a Data Builder database.

If so can we use a key field on the Form so the data entered in that field either finds the data in the table or re requires the data fields to be entered.

You will need to use as an Action to write back to the database I think
